When booking an appointment at Allure Lash and Beauty Bar, we will require your full name, email address and contact number to secure your appointment.
If it is your first appointment at the salon, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a new client form, and a consent form.
**Full sets of lashes will require a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The deposit is transferrable, if more than 24 hours notice of an appointment change is given.**
**Wedding makeup bookings of three or more people in salon, will require a $150 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit to secure the date**
**Wedding bookings that require us to travel have to be for a minimum of six makeup applications, and will require a 50% non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit to secure the date**
If for any reason you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.
Anything less means that clients on the cancellation list will miss out. Please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel.
Failure to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.
Appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.
Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are late, we will not run late into someone else’s appointment. Your appointment will be cut short, and our standard fees will still apply.
IMPORTANT: For lash extension services, please remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover or mild soap prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so.
